“The choice came naturally, since Bitwip already works for some of the Loret group’s companies. What the agency brought to the discussions and to building the project mattered just as much: having an agency that truly supports you, not just one that executes. That was important to us, and so was the quality of our discussions with the teams: these are key drivers for us.”
“Bitwip is more than a vendor: above all, it’s a partner. People often think communication is about form. Well, it isn’t: Bitwip starts by understanding the substance. Turning an idea that can be hard to put into words into something simple that everyone understands takes real talent. And Bitwip does an extraordinary job of it.”
“Our work with Bitwip on the communication and marketing challenges of several stores in the U Export network has been built on complete trust from day one. Thanks to their attentive listening and a clear understanding of our challenges, their rigorous support adds value every day. It’s a truly shared success.”
“The Bitwip team stood out for its professionalism, its availability and the quality of its support. Our discussions were always smooth, structured and solution-oriented, which helped us move forward efficiently on our project. Their ability to listen and follow up was especially appreciated. I would recommend Bitwip to any organization looking for support that is serious, responsive and tailored to its needs.”
“Bitwip is an agency we have worked with for several years. It combines professionalism, advice and responsiveness. […] I recommend them to everyone!”
“A big thank-you to the BITWIP team for their work on KAZ PLURIELLES’ communication tools! They covered everything: visual identity and brand guidelines, websites… we are proud of our image now, and you have a lot to do with it! The BITWIP teams also showed great patience and a real knack for explaining things to us! And believe me, they had a long way to go…
I recommend them without hesitation!”

07FAQ
Answers to the questions we hear most often.
Contact usFrom strategic consulting to web development, our work covers four areas: strategy and consulting, brand and creative, web and digital, campaigns and media. In practice, that ranges from creating a brand identity to rolling out an acquisition campaign, including e-commerce sites, institutional portals and custom business tools.
Yes. We work with local governments, public bodies and nonprofits, and we respond to public tenders. Several of our projects came from them, for EDF in Guadeloupe or for PAEI Guyane, for example.
Yes. Our office in Occitanie supports communication and marketing projects across mainland France, with the same range of services. Being in both places also lets us roll out programs across several territories when a client needs a consistent brand from French Guiana to Occitanie.
Every project starts with a kickoff meeting: your goals, your audiences, your timeline and budget constraints. If the situation calls for it, we audit what already exists before making any recommendation. Then comes the action plan, followed by production, with regular check-ins and results tracking.
No, and the overseas market doesn’t allow it. In territories this size, a hyper-specialized agency wouldn’t last. The demand is the opposite: mastering every industry present locally, from public health to retail, from culture to local government. That’s what pushes us to understand each business in depth.
We work on four fronts: low-impact digital, with sites designed to use fewer resources; accessibility, so that what we produce can be used by everyone; local roots, favoring local suppliers and talent; and responsible communication, which rules out promises our clients can’t keep.
A project manager who lives in the territory where you operate. They know its customs, its language and its culture, which no brief can replace. Add a team that covers strategy, creative and technology in-house, and you get programs that actually work on the ground, not campaigns imposed from outside.
