Brand & creative

Our design studio creates a distinctive, tailor-made identity for you.

01What we do

Let’s bring your brand to life with distinctive art direction

A brand is recognized before anyone reads its name: by its colors, its shapes, the way it speaks.

We start from your story and your audiences to build your identity, then roll it out across all your media (brand guidelines, photo, video, motion, print), with clear approval points at every stage.

What we deliver09

We design your logo and everything around it: colors, typefaces, visual language. You get a consistent identity that reflects who you are and is recognizable on every medium, print and digital alike.

We start from your story, your audience and your goals to define a visual direction, then make sure it holds across every piece we create. Your brand stays recognizable from one medium to the next.

We organize your screens around what your users come to do, then design each page, on mobile and desktop alike. You approve complete mockups before development begins.

The guidelines set the rules for using your logo, colors and typefaces. We apply them across your materials, from social media to signage: your teams and your vendors work from the same rules.

We plan, shoot and edit your visuals: photo shoots, presentation videos, social media content. You receive images true to your identity, ready to publish.

We put your messages in motion (text, icons and illustrations) to make information clearer and more accessible. Your films are delivered in landscape and portrait formats, depending on the screen they will be watched on.

Posters, stationery, documents, signage: we structure the information, then lay it out, for materials that are easy to read and remember. You receive print-ready files.

We reduce a website’s footprint from the design stage: lighter pages, optimized images, fonts and animations, and data collection limited to what is useful. You get a faster site without sacrificing visual impact.

We turn your origins, your mission and your expertise into a story, then draw content from it: articles, videos, posts. Your brand has something to tell, rooted in its territory, instead of just selling.

02Method

One method, five steps

A brand, a campaign or a website: the path is the same, and you always know which step we’re at.

One method, five steps

  1. Step 1: Scoping

We learn who you are before we pick up a pencil.

Where you come from, what you stand for, who you are speaking to. If you already have a logo or brand guidelines, we study them before making any proposal.

We listen to your goals, challenge them and put them in writing.

A kickoff meeting: your goals, your audiences, your timeline and budget constraints. If the situation calls for it, an audit of what already exists before any recommendation.

  2. Step 2: Strategy

We define the brand’s visual direction.

It translates your positioning into visual choices. You approve it before creative work begins.

A costed, prioritized recommendation you can decide on.

Our people work together to design the strategy and the action plan.

  3. Step 3: Creative

Drawing, photo, video, layout: everything is produced in-house.

Before finalizing, we send you a proof so you can check that everything is right.

In-house production, with clear approval points.

Website, branding, communication campaigns: this is where your project comes to life.

  4. Step 4: Rollout

The guidelines are applied, one medium after another.

You receive the files, ready to print or publish.

    Launch, distribution, partner coordination.

    Regular check-ins until launch.

  5. Step 5: Measurement & review

An identity isn’t measured in clicks.

You leave with the brand guidelines and the files: your teams and your vendors work from the same rules.

    Results analyzed, adjustments proposed.

Even after delivery, we look back. At the end of the engagement, we walk you through your project review.

“The choice came naturally, since Bitwip already works for some of the Loret group’s companies. What the agency brought to the discussions and to building the project mattered just as much: having an agency that truly supports you, not just one that executes. That was important to us, and so was the quality of our discussions with the teams: these are key drivers for us.”

“Bitwip is more than a vendor: above all, it’s a partner. People often think communication is about form. Well, it isn’t: Bitwip starts by understanding the substance. Turning an idea that can be hard to put into words into something simple that everyone understands takes real talent. And Bitwip does an extraordinary job of it.”

Where should you start when creating your visual identity?

With your fundamentals: your story, what you do, your audience, your goals and your values. Everything then starts from the company name, followed by the logo.

What makes a visual identity strong?

It makes you identifiable (people understand what you do), remarkable (people notice you) and memorable (people remember your name and talk about it). And above all, it inspires trust.

What is a brand book for?

It sets the rules for your visual identity: logo, colors, typefaces, images. It serves as a reference for your teams and your partners alike. It is the document to share with your vendors before ordering any design work or a redesign of your website.

What is the difference between a brand book and brand guidelines?

The two terms are often used interchangeably. At Bitwip, the brand book sets out the essential rules. The brand guidelines are a more complete document: they include many mockups across different media, delivered as editable files.
