Bitwip, a responsible communications agency
Because above all we love our planet, its ecosystems and all living things, we are committed to acting positively for future generations. We want to work mainly on projects that are meaningful to the team, with partners and clients who are respectful.
To put our position as a responsible communications agency into practice, we defined our social and environmental objectives collaboratively. We set out our ambitions through 81 detailed objectives and 10 commitments covering social policy, the economy and sustainable development.
This charter is made public and commits the Bitwip agency, on matters of ethics, to our team members, clients, partners and suppliers.

About us
Bitwip, the tech and creative communications agency. We help small and large companies reach their goals, whether those goals are about sales, brand awareness or visibility. That means putting a real communication strategy in place, succeeding in their digital transformation, creating quality content and building an innovative, responsible brand image.
Eco-responsibility and our ethical commitments are not empty words, but convictions shared by our team and rooted in the values of our leadership:
- Vincent Reboul
- Founder and CEO of Bitwip. He also founded the nonprofit Escapade Carbet, a leading player in sustainable tourism in French Guiana.
- Terry Geoffroy
- Head of Business Development & Partner at Bitwip. He also co-founded the Green Days, the 1st sustainable living fair in the French Caribbean and French Guiana.
In all, more than 15 team members, based in French Guiana, Guadeloupe, Martinique and Occitanie and managing projects in Réunion remotely, carry out the actions described in this charter every day.
Summary
- Offsetting the CO2 emissions of our activities
- Bitwip is committed to publishing its greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions report every year, including the agency’s activities and the impact of the communication campaigns we run for our clients. We will offset this environmental footprint with sustainable initiatives rooted in Overseas France. People wrongly assume that digital generates little GHG, but 1 email = 4 g of CO2, and it adds up fast…
- Supporting short supply chains
- At Bitwip, we are committed to favoring local hiring and working with suppliers close to our agency. Because quality also means proximity and human contact.
- Respecting personal data
- Beyond the GDPR standard, we are committed to collecting no more data than necessary to run our communication campaigns. We make a point of obtaining image-rights consent from the people we photograph, and of respecting the copyright of the graphic resources we use in our projects.
- Well-being at work
- The health and well-being of our team members at work are a priority. Our DNA: listening, flexible hours, a pleasant work environment, collaborative workshops, conversations over meals, team building and remote work.
