Web & digital
Our tech and innovation team: custom technical solutions, data analysis, and the latest market advances, explored together.
01What we do
Custom web solutions to move your projects forward
A good website doesn’t start in Figma. It starts with a question: what problem does it need to solve?
Before designing anything, we clarify your needs, your content and your visitors’ journey, then choose the right tool.
What we deliver08
We start from the problem your site needs to solve, then design, write and build it. We apply the RGAA, the French accessibility standard, to guarantee minimum accessibility criteria, such as text contrast. You receive a live website that your team knows how to update.

A page designed for a single action: requesting a quote, signing up, buying. We write it for the audience in your territory, with a short form and results tracking in place from launch.

We design your online store: catalog, cart, checkout, and the connection to your physical store and inventory if you have one. You sell online, with sales tracked from day one.

When a website is no longer enough, we build a custom tool, on the web or on mobile, around how your teams or your customers use it. It is Bitwip’s original line of work: the company was founded in 2012 developing mobile apps.
A space reserved for your teams, where they find information, documents and everyday tools in one place. We organize it around how they work, so that it is genuinely useful.
We start from what you do, not from the technology: an audit of your tasks and your data, support for your teams, then a first use case tested before going further. You know where AI is useful to you, and where it is not.
We host your website and its data; the most resource-intensive sites run on a dedicated server in a data center in Paris. You have no server to choose and nothing technical to manage.
We set up your site’s analytics: visits, clicks, inquiries, sales, in compliance with the GDPR and with data collection limited to what is useful. You know where your visitors come from and what they do, with figures to back it up.

02Method
One method, five steps
A brand, a campaign or a website: the path is the same, and you always know which step we’re at.
-
Step 1: Scoping
We look for the problem to solve before the technology.
Who will use your website or app, and to do what? For an AI project, we start with what you do, then with your data.
We listen to your goals, challenge them and put them in writing.
A kickoff meeting: your goals, your audiences, your timeline and budget constraints. If the situation calls for it, an audit of what already exists before any recommendation.
-
Step 2: Strategy
We set the site map and the technical choices.
Which pages, for which visitor, on which platform: you decide before any mockup.
A costed, prioritized recommendation you can decide on.
Our people work together to design the strategy and the action plan.
-
Step 3: Creative
Mockups, copy, then development.
You approve the mockups for each page before development begins.
In-house production, with clear approval points.
Website, branding, communication campaigns: this is where your project comes to life.
-
Step 4: Rollout
Launch, hosting, then handover.
Your team learns to update it without us.
Launch, distribution, partner coordination.
Regular check-ins until launch.
-
Step 5: Measurement & review
Visits, inquiries, sales: the site is measured.
Tracking starts with the site. You see which pages are read, which ones bring in inquiries, and which ones need rework.
Results analyzed, adjustments proposed.
Even after delivery, we look back. At the end of the engagement, we walk you through your project review.

Word from our clients

“Bitwip is more than a vendor: above all, it’s a partner. People often think communication is about form. Well, it isn’t: Bitwip starts by understanding the substance. Turning an idea that can be hard to put into words into something simple that everyone understands takes real talent. And Bitwip does an extraordinary job of it.”
“The choice came naturally, since Bitwip already works for some of the Loret group’s companies. What the agency brought to the discussions and to building the project mattered just as much: having an agency that truly supports you, not just one that executes. That was important to us, and so was the quality of our discussions with the teams: these are key drivers for us.”
“Our work with Bitwip on the communication and marketing challenges of several stores in the U Export network has been built on complete trust from day one. Thanks to their attentive listening and a clear understanding of our challenges, their rigorous support adds value every day. It’s a truly shared success.”
“The Bitwip team stood out for its professionalism, its availability and the quality of its support. Our discussions were always smooth, structured and solution-oriented, which helped us move forward efficiently on our project. Their ability to listen and follow up was especially appreciated. I would recommend Bitwip to any organization looking for support that is serious, responsive and tailored to its needs.”
“A big thank-you to the BITWIP team for their work on KAZ PLURIELLES’ communication tools! They covered everything: visual identity and brand guidelines, websites… we are proud of our image now, and you have a lot to do with it! The BITWIP teams also showed great patience and a real knack for explaining things to us! And believe me, they had a long way to go…
I recommend them without hesitation!”
FAQ
Got questions?
Answers to the questions we hear most often. For anything else, the team responds Monday to Friday.
Contact usWhich CMS should you choose for a showcase website?
There is no single answer: WordPress, Webflow or a static HTML site. The choice depends on your needs, how often you update, your budget and your specifications. A site you edit every week doesn’t call for the same tool as a five-page brochure site that never changes.
Can you manage your website yourself once it’s built?
Yes. WordPress, Webflow, Shopify and PrestaShop let you edit your content without coding. Hands-on training, like the one Bitwip offers, makes you self-sufficient from launch.
Where are your sites hosted?
The WordPress sites we host run on Google Cloud infrastructure in Europe. The most resource-intensive ones run on a dedicated server in a data center in Paris. Webflow and Shopify sites are hosted by their own platforms.
How should a business in Overseas France start an AI project?
With a business audit: map the processes, identify friction points and quantify potential gains, before any technical question. Then come the data audit and change management, without losing sight of the ways AI can go wrong. The Bitwip IA agency supports these projects: bitwip.ai (opens in a new tab)
