Matoury

The City of Matoury needed to modernize its image and improve the way it informs residents.

The website had to meet very practical needs: find a procedure, understand a municipal project, access a form, contact a department or follow local news.

The challenge was to design a platform that is institutional, accessible and easy to use, including on mobile. It also had to bring consistency to all of the city’s communication materials.

Bitwip supported the City of Matoury on several fronts:

• redesign of the visual identity;
• design of the site architecture;
• creation of the interface and user journeys;
• integration of news, projects and municipal information;
• creation of forms for administrative procedures;
• setup of forms for urban planning, recruitment and roadsforms for urban planning, recruitment and roads ;
• creation of motion design content;
• rollout of the visual world across communication materials;
• helping the local government structure its contenthelp structuring its content.

The website is designed as a true digital public service: information is organized around residents’ needs, with direct access to procedures and useful contacts.

The City of Matoury now has a new visual and digital foundation to modernize its communications and better serve its residents.

The project makes it possible to:

• clarify access to municipal information;
• make online procedures easier;
• better showcase the local government’s projects and actions;
• harmonize communication materials;
• offer forms suited to residents’ needs;
• strengthen the city’s contemporary, accessible image;
• make municipal communications more practical and user-focused.
