Campaigns & media

We manage your campaigns continuously, from creative to measurement.

01What we do

Turn your goals into results with digital campaigns

Winning customers in French Guiana, Guadeloupe, Martinique or Réunion doesn’t work the way it does in mainland France.

We define the metrics at the start of the project, then manage your campaigns continuously: local SEO, acquisition campaigns, social media. The goal: to be visible where your customers actually buy, and to know what your campaigns bring in.

What we deliver06

We buy your advertising space, online as well as on radio, TV or billboards, from local media outlets whose people and rates we know. Your budget is split across channels according to your audience and the season.

One message, adapted to the channels your audience uses: social media, search engines, SMS, email, billboards. We design the campaign, run it and track it end to end, so that each channel reinforces the others.

We define the metrics with you at the start of the project: quote requests, sales, cost per lead. You then follow your campaigns on a clear dashboard, and you make decisions based on real results, not guesswork.

02Method

One method, five steps

A brand, a campaign or a website: the path is the same, and you always know which step we’re at.

One method, five steps

  1. Step 1: Scoping

We decide with you what the campaign needs to deliver.

Selling more, getting more inquiries, paying less per lead: you choose the metric before the first euro is spent. The territory and the season frame the rest.

We listen to your goals, challenge them and put them in writing.

A kickoff meeting: your goals, your audiences, your timeline and budget constraints. If the situation calls for it, an audit of what already exists before any recommendation.

  2. Step 2: Strategy

    Channels, schedule, budget allocation.

You approve a plan: where to appear, when, and for how much.

A costed, prioritized recommendation you can decide on.

Our people work together to design the strategy and the action plan.

  3. Step 3: Creative

One message, adapted to each channel’s format.

Ads, visuals, posts, SMS: nothing goes out before you have reviewed it.

In-house production, with clear approval points.

Website, branding, communication campaigns: this is where your project comes to life.

  4. Step 4: Rollout

    Media buying, targeting setup, launch.

We adjust the budget as results come in.

    Launch, distribution, partner coordination.

    Regular check-ins until launch.

  5. Step 5: Measurement & review

Every campaign ends with a numbers-based review.

Your dashboard tracks the metrics chosen during scoping. At the end, we compare what the campaign cost with what it brought in.

    Results analyzed, adjustments proposed.

Even after delivery, we look back. At the end of the engagement, we walk you through your project review.

“The choice came naturally, since Bitwip already works for some of the Loret group’s companies. What the agency brought to the discussions and to building the project mattered just as much: having an agency that truly supports you, not just one that executes. That was important to us, and so was the quality of our discussions with the teams: these are key drivers for us.”

Why adapt your landing page to the specifics of Overseas France?

Because seasonality, heavy mobile use, proximity and multilingualism (French, Creole, English) are conversion levers there. A hyper-localized page speaks to its audience better than one designed for mainland France.

Can an agency based in mainland France run a successful campaign thousands of miles from its offices?

Yes, it can produce beautiful campaigns. But for them to genuinely speak to audiences in the French overseas territories, you need to understand their culture, their media and their calendar, which an agency rooted in the territory deals with every day.

Can every digital channel be used in Overseas France?

Most of them, yes. Google Ads and Meta (Facebook, Instagram) run ads in every French overseas department; in Google Ads, each one is a separate targeting area, distinct from “France.” Audiences there are smaller, and some ad platforms, such as TikTok, don’t offer all their targeting options everywhere. So each channel is checked platform by platform and territory by territory, before every campaign.

Which social networks are most used in Overseas France?

It varies from one territory to another. At the end of 2025, Facebook’s advertising audience is equivalent to more than six in ten residents in Réunion, more than four in ten in Guadeloupe and Martinique, as in mainland France, fewer than three in ten in French Guiana and fewer than one in four in Mayotte (DataReportal, Digital 2026). Instagram is on par with Facebook in Guadeloupe and ahead of it in Martinique.
